Let see. Ans. DIFFERENTIALS :- HEREDITARY SPHEROCYTOSIS AUTO-IMMUNE HEMOLYTIC ANEMIA Best next step is to do DIRECT COOMBS TEST to rule out autoimmune hemolytic anemia.
